Most free platforms sell your trading data to hedge funds and market makers. Your order flow is the product. At Acuity, you are the customer — not the inventory. We will never run ads, sell data, or accept payment for order flow.

Our OAuth integration requests three permissions: read balances, read positions, read history. We structurally cannot request trade execution or fund transfers. The API keys we use do not support it. This is by design, not policy.

Calls are written to an append-only ledger. The timestamp is server-generated, not client-submitted. There is no edit button. There is no delete button. Your record is your record — the good calls and the bad ones.

Every ETF holding you see in Acuity comes from the fund manager's mandatory SEC filing. We parse N-PORT XML directly from EDGAR. No third-party data vendors. No estimates. The fund told the SEC — we show you what they said.
