  • Stock predictions you make on the platform.
  • Usage data — pages visited and features used.
  • Publicly scraped data from StockTwits, Reddit, and Twitter for the audit system.

2. How We Use It

  • To provide the Acuity scoring service.
  • To grade predictions against market data.
  • To display public leaderboards and audit profiles.
  • To improve the product.

We do not sell personal data to third parties.

3. Anonymized Data

We may sell or license anonymized, aggregated prediction accuracy data to research firms and financial institutions in the future. This data will never include personally identifiable information. Users will be notified before any such data licensing begins.

4. Public Predictions

  • Predictions you mark as public are visible on your profile and the leaderboard.
  • You control whether predictions are public or private.
  • Audit profiles for external users (scraped from public platforms) are based on publicly available posts.

5. Data Storage

Data is stored on Supabase (hosted on AWS). We use industry-standard encryption and security practices.

6. Your Rights

  • You can request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us.
  • You can make predictions private at any time.
  • California residents have additional rights under the CCPA.

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication only. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.
