By using Acuity, you agree to these terms.

Acuity provides stock prediction tracking, scoring, and public accountability tools. We are not a financial advisor. Nothing on Acuity constitutes investment advice. All predictions are user-generated or scraped from public sources.

• You must be 13 or older to use Acuity.
• You are responsible for your account security.
• One account per person.

• Predictions you submit are timestamped and cannot be edited or deleted after submission. This is by design — it ensures the integrity of your track record.
• Public predictions are visible to anyone.

• We scrape publicly available posts from StockTwits, Reddit, Twitter, and other public platforms.
• We grade these predictions against market data.
• If you believe your public posts have been incorrectly parsed, you can contact us to dispute specific predictions.
• Audit profiles are auto-generated from public data and do not imply endorsement.

The Acuity scoring algorithm, audit system, and platform design are proprietary. Users retain ownership of their prediction content.

Acuity scores are based on mathematical analysis of prediction accuracy. They are not investment advice, credit scores, or character assessments. Past prediction accuracy does not guarantee future results. We are not responsible for investment decisions made based on Acuity scores.

Acuity is provided “as is.” We are not liable for losses resulting from use of the platform or reliance on any scores or data displayed.

• We may terminate accounts that violate these terms.
• Users may delete their accounts at any time.
